Africa is the drum
continent, and drumming is still one of the most important group activities
for communications and ceremony. Steve Barnett was inspired to create
this astounding team and spirit building experience, using gestures, humor
and mime, to bring his group drumming audience into a symphony of syncopated,
pulsating and rhythmic musical sounds.
Steve’s drum
events are dedicated to the philosophy of percussion and making it part
of the way any organization operates-with cohesion and optimal interaction.
It is a non-competitive method of having fun with focus as groups and
individuals work together in unison.
